Here on a Thursday night and everything was great! The parking could take a second, but inside was not very busy, the rolls are allways great!

The food was on point. I recommend the shishito peppers for a apatizer they are sooo good!!!! I got the Spider role and it was amazing. The crab was cooled perfectly, the roles were wrapped enough that the roles would not fall apart or it looked like it would explode. Over all I give this place a 10/10!

The Trappers in Enumclaw is always a wonderful experience. Great food and even better service. Sushi is my son's favorite food, so Trappers is a regular pick for our family. They have never let us down. Highly recommended!

So good! First time here and loved everything. Food was delicious, some of the best sushi I’ve had in a while. Usually I eat a lot of ginger and wasabi but this sushi was so good I hardly used the condiments. I also loved that our dish came with cucumber salad and miso soup. Our server, Lauren, was amazing and checked on us regularly but without making us feel interrupted or hurried. She was wonderful in every way. I forgot the name of the sushi in the picture but that was the best of the rolls we tried!

It’s about time I leave a review. These guys are the BEST. We are regulars- usually eat at the bar for all you can eat sushi. My fav rolls are the Mt. Rainier, Covington, Phoenix, Mr. Charlie-my top four rolls!) Their calamari’s is so good on the appetizers. All of their rolls are delicious. Fish is fresh, flavor is on point. The customer service is fantastic. Well worth the stop! Pro tip request low sodium soy sauce- game changer in allowing all the flavors come through but still enjoy the soy sauce layer. Well a year later this has become our favorite go to restaurant. Excellent service, & fresh food!

Fantastic! Absolutely need to eat here if you’re in Enumclaw and want sushi. Drinks are great, service is excellent. We went at lunch and it was quiet but obviously popular. The Vader roll was more “saucy” than we expected but still good, ever all the other food was great.

Hands down, the best sushi joint in town. We arrived just in time to catch their happy hour special, where they offer 3 rolls for only 33. We got the Mt.Si, Mt.Rainer & the sky walker, all of which were amazing. The sushi is so fresh it practically swims onto your plate. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, enhancing our dining experience. If you're after a laid-back spot with killer sushi, this is it. 5 stars, no question.

Wow. These guys are amazing. First time to a Trappers, and it's incredible. They handled my fiances shell fish allergy with the utmost care, safety, and professionalism. Every roll she ordered, they made sure to avoid any cross contamination as a whole team effort. The food was a 10/10. Best sushi we have had in a VERY VERY long time. The all you can eat bar was awesome. Everything you order is made right in front of you all while they are very professional, friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable. Offering suggestions and making custom rolls for us. Something to be said when you can tell the people that are making your food love their job and are enjoying what they do. We will for sure be coming back every time we visit.
